Title: CS – Customer Service

Job Description:

  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.
  • Providing proactive customer outreach:
  • Through proactive chat
  • Informing customers about real or potential product/service issues
  • Proactively asking customers for feedback.
  • Incharge other task if necessary.

Job Requirement

  • Enjoy working and dealing with people, not afraid to solve problems
  • Well organized, meticulous
  • Good communication skill
  • Spirit of eagerness to learn and work. We are ready to train as long as you want to learn
  • Language: English (at least good at reading and writing skill)
