Title: CS – Customer Service
Job Description:
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.
- Providing proactive customer outreach:
- Through proactive chat
- Informing customers about real or potential product/service issues
- Proactively asking customers for feedback.
- Incharge other task if necessary.
Job Requirement
- Enjoy working and dealing with people, not afraid to solve problems
- Well organized, meticulous
- Good communication skill
- Spirit of eagerness to learn and work. We are ready to train as long as you want to learn
- Language: English (at least good at reading and writing skill)
